All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please understand that there may be potential delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control. Please first contact your postal service provider and reference your tracking number if you have any questions or concerns. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a free shipping threshold for domestic US standard shipping orders over $40). Please note this does not apply for express shipping. Please note this does not apply for outlay islands. Please note this does not apply for international shipping. We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia and the UK. At this time, we do not ship to any other international countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brush bubble is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the maximum days of your chosen shipping duration, please do not include the days prior to receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at contact@mybrushbubble.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@mybrushbubble.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will resolve any quality control concerns, and try our best to come to a satisfactory solution.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mybrushbubble.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
FAQs
The flexible material of our universal size can stretch to fit various sizes of makeup brushes. For single use and best fit please confirm that brush handle circumference is within 65mm-90mm. Brushes smaller than 65mm can be used as a double or multi-fit!

If you suspect you’re suffering with acne cosmetica, the covers will be effective in preventing makeup induced breakouts. Keeping your brushes covered stops bacteria from adhering to your brushes during storage and being transferred to your skin. (especially if you keep your makeup in the bathroom)
If you have an active breakout, we recommend cleaning your brushes with our foaming brush cleanser. The main ingredients in the cleanser are coconut and sandalwood oil which will eliminate the bacteria that have settled on the bristles and prevent the breakout from spreading.
The cover is used by gliding the handle of a brush through the top slit until you can grasp the handle from the bottom opening. After gently pulling the handle down, the cover will pop around the bristles enclosing the makeup brush head for storage.
