This device is superior to other electric bristled cleansers as the vibrations are not transmitted through the whole device. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a free shipping threshold for domestic US standard shipping orders over $40). Please note this does not apply for express shipping. Please note this does not apply for outlay islands. Please note this does not apply for international shipping. We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia and the UK. At this time, we do not ship to any other international countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brush bubble is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the maximum days of your chosen shipping duration, please do not include the days prior to receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at contact@mybrushbubble.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@mybrushbubble.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will resolve any quality control concerns, and try our best to come to a satisfactory solution.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mybrushbubble.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
FAQs
There is a 6 month manufacturer warranty for any quality concerns such as electronic issues, charging issues, light malfunctions or displaced materials. If there is a problem with your device when you receive it such as damage, missing components, or performance. Please email us at contact@mybrushbubble.com right away with photos or videos so we can resolve the matter.
If your device is damaged as a result of misuse or care we will not be able to replace the product with your manufacturer warranty. You may buy an extended warranty for $25.00 USD that will extend your warranty to 2 years and includes replacement for any damage.
This device has 3 settings and can be used interchangeably to achieve multiple desired results depending on your individual needs. Both cleansing and light therapy should be done for at least 5 minuets to be 100% effective.
To get maximum results we recommend using the blue setting to remove your makeup which will also help to defend against breakouts. Once makeup is removed use the green or red setting for a gentle cleanse if your skin isn’t feeling clogged or oily. Continue with the blue setting if you are acne prone or have enlarged pores and oily skin. After cleansing you can use the device to boost your products by massaging them in and activating them with the corresponding light therapy.
This product is 100% waterproof. Feel free to keep it in the shower! However, keeping it submerged underwater for long periods of time is not recommended. Do not use charging port while the device is wet.
This product is suitable for sensitive skin. The silicone is very gentle and the vibrations and oscillation provide a deep cleanse without harsh abrasive motions.
For sensitive skin always use light pressure when using the device as excessive pressure could cause skin irritation. The best setting for sensitive skin is the green mode as it combats redness and irritation with calming green light therapy.
For active breakouts use little to no pressure as excessive pressure could cause weakened skin to tear or become more inflamed.
The best setting for active breakouts is the blue mode as the blue light therapy provides anti-bacterial benefits and will help to combat the breakout. Also, try the green light mode for a gentle massage with your prescribed acne topicals to combat redness and inflammation.
